Neuson Baumaschinen Gmbh is expanding its line of products – from now on hammers of the new partner Montabert will be produced and sold directly under the trade name of “Neuson”. Thus Neuson can offer its own range of hammers perfectly adapted to the machines, and the Neuson sales partners get direct access to a proven hammer programme.
The future Neuson hammers make Montabert stand out from their competitors by innovation, ease of maintenance and reliability. The automatic pressure regulator permits the operation of the hammer with all carrier vehicles. The impact power of the hammer always ensures maximum productivity, because the hammer, at a constant oil quantity, is operated at a constant operating pressure.
As far as ease of maintenance is concerned, the Neuson hammer has its benefits, too. The clip at the lower end of the hammer is released, thus permitting a quick and simple dismantling of the tool and the collet. If it should be necessary to disassemble the whole hammer, this may be done on site, since no special tool is required, which saves time and cost. Another plus is the integrated energy chamber with diaphragm. This system provides for a considerably longer service life compared with conventional systems without a diaphragm. Moreover, maintenance costs are kept low, since regular replenishing of nitrogen is not required.
As another advantage the Neuson hammers are provided with special damping elements that isolate the hammer from the enclosure, thus limiting noise and vibrations. The latter, in particular, protects the carrier vehicle from damage in the long run.
Accessories adaptable to the hammer, such as a scoop or a compactor, as well as a number of different chisels complete the new product range of Neuson.
The cooperation between Neuson and Montabert is another step in pursuit of the full-liner strategy of Neuson-Kramer.
